摘要: Abstract Photocatalytic thin films on quartz substrates were simply prepared by spraying a sol of copper metal (Cu)-doped titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) combined with reduced graphene oxide (RGO). Cu-doped TiO /RGO powders containing different amounts Cu synthesized to investigate the effect content upon photodegradation methylene blue in water, and used preparation sols /RGO. The film photocatalysts showed better performance than an undoped film. After 180 min UV irradiation, 7.5-CTG-5 (7.5 wt% 5 wt% RGO) photocatalyst removed 63% from aqueous solution initial concentration 10 ppm, whereas 0-CTG-5 (0 wt% decomposed only 28% blue, indicating that presence enhanced photocatalytic activity. Doped could narrow bandgap , thereby influencing reduction enhancing hydrophilicity materials, thus producing observed increase relationships between activity are discussed herein.
