摘要: Many complex biochemical pathways in plants have now been manipulated genetically, usually by suppression or over-expression of single genes. Further exploitation the potential for plant genetic manipulation, both as a research tool and vehicle biotechnology, will require co-ordinate manipulation multiple genes on pathway. This goal is currently very difficult to achieve. A number approaches taken combine `pyramid' transgenes one met with varying degrees success. These include sexual crossing, re-transformation, co-transformation use linked transgenes. Novel, alternative `enabling' technologies are also being developed that aim manipulate expression chimeric transgene partial gene sequences placed under control promoter can be used co-ordinately suppress numerous endogenous Constructs modelled viral polyproteins simultaneously introduce protein-coding into cells. In course our work lignin biosynthetic pathway, we tested conventional novel methods achieving up three this article review literature concerning plants. We report own experiences results using different perform directed biosynthesis tobacco.
