摘要: This clinical trial was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of intralesional bleomycin sclerotherapy (IBS) in children with lymphangioma and determine incidence complications treatment. Seventeen cases were treated IBS from 2004 2012. Age, mode presentation, locations types lesions, results treatment studied. Lymphangioma diagnosed by physical examination imaging studies. Most lesions located cervical region (n=8) macrocystic type (n=13). After first injection, three patients lost follow-up. Good response seen 50% complete resolution 35.7%, poor 14.3%. No serious or side effects observed after IBS. The average follow-up 18.5 months. is effective lymphangioma. Although no major adverse have been encountered, should be kept mind event their occurrence immediately.
