Treatment of Implant Exposure due to Skin Necroses after Skin Sparing Mastectomy: Initial Experiences Using a Not Selective Random Epigastric Flap.

摘要: Breast prostheses exposure is probably the most devastating complication after a skin sparing mastectomy (SSM) and implant-based, one-stage, breast reconstruction. This may occur in immediate post-operative period or weeks even months procedure. In cases, cause poor coverage of implant due to necrosis. Patients methods Eight consecutive cases (or risk exposure) necrosis SSM patients over 5 years, all were treated using random epigastric rotation flap, executed by same medical team. Results A flap (island conventional flap) was used cover defect. All completed procedure saved; there no infection. Conclusions Cases reconstruction, which at exposure, can be successfully with flap.
