摘要: Actinic cheilitis is a premalignant condition that can progress to squamous cell carcinoma with higher propensity for metastasis than cutaneous carcinoma. Optimal treatment actinic has not been established, and evidence-based estimates of clinical cure in the dermatology literature are limited. Here, we review synthesize outcome data published patients after various modalities. A systematic was conducted MEDLINE, Embase Cochrane library English, French German-language studies references included articles from inception 20 January 2020. Studies were if they reported on at least six biopsy-proven cheilitis. After quality appraisal, results strongest methodology criteria synthesized. 18 411 (published 1985 2016) included. The majority case series. Carbon dioxide laser ablation vermilionectomy associated most favourable outcomes fewest recurrences. Chemical peel photodynamic therapy recurrence. Adverse effects generally resolved weeks following cosmetic overall. In conclusion, there lack high-quality comparative evaluating different options publications used measures; however, recently defined core sets. These suggest both carbon effective treatments Prospective head-to-head needed compare these modalities assess patient preferences.
