摘要: Thermal injury can cause acute red blood cell damage and destruction, but the mechanisms of these effects are not well described. To investigate abnormalities that occur after burn we studied time course changes seen early injury. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into control, sham-burn, (30% total body surface area full-thickness) groups. Plasma-free hemoglobin, erythrocyte osmotic fragility, membrane deformability measured in first 8 hours hemoglobin was significantly increased 1 hour It fell promptly remained higher than control value at 4 Osmotic fragility also when compared with values, whereas less values for duration experiment. This study identifies an hemolytic effect documents may contribute to accelerated loss later management.
