摘要: A comprehensive workflow for using nontarget approaches as process evaluation tools was implemented, including data acquisition based on a LC-HRMS (QTOF) system direct injection and post-processing the peak recognition in "full scan" data. Both parts of approach were not only developed validated conventional way suspected analysis set spiked known micropollutants but also wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) effluent itself utilized to consider more environmental relevant range analytes. Hereby, special focus laid minimization false positive results (FPs) during recognition. The optimized procedure reduced percentage FPs from 42% 10-15%. Furthermore, choice suitable chromatography biological treated systems discussed method development. paid attention differences performance levels by implementation an adaption intensity variations comparing different measurements dates or instruments. application this samples municipal WWTP revealed that than 91% compounds eliminated step received contained 55% newly formed potential transformation products.
