摘要: Metabolomics embraces several strategies that aim to quantify cell metabolites in order increase our understanding of how metabolite levels and interactions influence phenotypes. Metabolic footprinting represents a niche within metabolomics, because it focuses on the analysis extracellular metabolites. Although metabolic only fraction entire metabolome, provides important information for functional genomics strain characterization, can also provide scientists with key communication mechanisms, engineering industrial biotechnological processes. Due tight convoluted relationship between intracellular metabolism footprinting, precious about status. Hereby, we state integrative from assist further interpretation networks.
