摘要: Pyridoxine and pyridoxal are suitable for gas-chromatographic analysis after conversion into their trimethylsilyl derivatives. Silylation proceeds rapidly quantitatively, reacting in its hemiacetal form. The mass spectra of both derivatives discussed.
