摘要: Abstract A facile, sensitive and selective electrochemical biosensor for the detection of dopamine (DA) released from nicotine-stimulated PC12 cells was fabricated by using a poly-celestine blue (CB) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The poly-CB film prepared controlled electropolymerization has about 5 nm thick on GCE surface. In optimal experimental condition, showed excellent electrocatalytic activity toward oxidation DA. response signal obtained differential pulse voltammetry displayed good linear relationship between current DA concentrations in range 10 nmol L−1 to 0.7 μmol L−1 1 μmol L−1 10 μmol L−1 with limit 1.2 nmol L−1 (S/N = 3) sensitivity 17.0134 μA cm2 μM−1. addition, successfully been applied determine nicotine-induced satisfactory recovery. developed method held great potential biological samples would bring convenience diagnosis diseases associated deficiency dopamine.
