摘要: As a result of their unpredictable ability to adapt varying environmental conditions, microorganisms inhabit different types biological niches on Earth. Owing the key role in many biogeochemical processes, trends modern microbiology emphasize need know and understand structure function complex microbial communities. This is particularly important if strategy relates communities that cause biodeterioration materials constitute our cultural heritage. Until recently, detection identification inhabiting objects value was based only cultivation-dependent methods. In spite advantages, these methods provide limited information because they identify viable organisms capable growth under standard laboratory conditions. However, order carry out proper conservation renovation, it necessary complete composition activity. paper presents characterizes techniques such as genetic fingerprinting clone library construction for assessment diversity molecular biology. Molecular represent favourable alternative culture-dependent make possible assess biodiversity technical heritage objects.
