摘要: Despite major advances in the management of these lesions over past decade, bypass-graft intervention remains a significant challenge. Saphenous vein graft (SVG) particular has high complication rate, consequence frequent distal embolization, resulting no-reflow and periprocedural myocardial infarction. Proximal embolic protection devices have been shown to substantially reduce risk adverse cardiac events patients undergoing SVG PCI. In addition, drug-eluting stents (DES), comparison bare-metal (BMS) this patient population, attenuate rates target lesion revascularization at least short term.
