摘要: Primary cultures of rat hepatocytes survived well for up to 4 days in defined medium the presence dexamethasone but not its absence. The loss viability was accompanied by a ultrastructural features characteristic hepatocytes. began producing plasminogen activator and neutral protease after 24 hr culture. Dexamethasone inhibited production both these substances. deterioration appeared be related activator, prolongation survival variety inhibitors suggested that might contribute deterioration.
