摘要: New crucial theoretical investigations on the origin of biomolecular chirality are reviewed briefly. With goal to investigate these theories our team is going perform `chirality-experiment' in near future with cometarymatter. In 2012 robotical lander RoLand will detach fromthe orbiter ROSETTA spacecraft and set down surface comet 46P/Wirtanen order separate andidentify cometary organic compounds via GC-MS situ.Chiral organics be separated into their enantiomers by application 3 capillary columns coated different kindsof stationary phases. Non-volatile like amino acidswill derivatized especially developed gas phasealkylation steps avoiding reactions liquid phase. Theresults preliminary phase presentedin this article.
