摘要: Energy costs typically dominate the life-cycle of centrifugal compressors used in various industrial and municipal processes, making compressor an attractive target for energy efficiency improvements. This study considers achievable savings using three different diffuser types a supporting typical end-use process waste water treatment plant. The effect improvements on annual use environmental impacts are demonstrated with calculations assessment considering selected task aeration. Besides saving benefits wastewater aeration process, presented shows influence additional material needed manufacturing total greenhouse gas emissions life-cycle. According to results, studied have significant when is operated task. this case were 2.5–4.9% comparison baseline scenario. Also, insignificant compared avoided reduction potential.
