摘要: In order to ensure that corporations act in socially responsible ways. R. Freeman says firms should be legally required accordance with the directives of a moral theory which he developed especially for business – has come called "normative stakeholder theory" (NST). I argue NST fails as and this failure indicates: (1) we abandon quest develop special use business, (2) not attempt impose any upon but rather allow determine their responsibilities way they see fit.
