摘要: Plasmodium of true slime mold, Physarum polycephalum, is an amoeboid organism, which spreads with developing tubular network structure and crawls on two-dimensional plane oscillating the cell thickness. The plasmodium transforms its to adapt environment. To reveal effect behavior plasmodium, we constructed coupled map systems weighted networks as models investigated relation between distribution weights edges synchronization in system. We found probability that system shows phase changes drastically weight even if total constant. This implies patterns observed are controlled by tube widths or cross-sections networks.
