摘要: We have been developing a nuclear hyperpolarization and polarization transfer system for semiconductors. It enables successive transfers of (angular momentum) from photons to spins via photo-excited electrons in semiconductors using laser, microwave multi-channel radio-frequency fields, resulting the target material. A part has completed successfully applied experiments InP GaAs. The current status is presented together with some preliminary data.
