摘要: The relationship between copper absorption and density distribution in wood cell walls was investigated this study. on layer level obtained from two approaches: (1) calculation by using data literature; (2) microdistribution of carbon oxygen atoms the cell. untreated southern yellow pine (Pinus spp.) sapwood, as well copper-ethanolamine (Cu-EA) treated determined scanning electron microscopy coupled with energy dispersive X-ray analysis (SEM-EDXA). Both approaches for led to same result: higher compound middle lamella corners than secondary wall. concentration/intensity Cu, C O wall follow trend distribution; suggesting that may play a major role SEM-EDXA study metal-containing preservatives within
