摘要: Fluorescence quenching techniques have been used extensively in recent years to examine reaction rates and the compartmentalization of components lipid micelles membranes. Steady-state fluorescence methods are frequently employed such studies but interpretation resulting Stern-Volmer plots is often hampered by uncertainties regarding mode association quencher with structure nature mechanism. This paper presents a method for simulating steady-state two phase systems, shows how forms influenced type membrane or micelle (partition and/or binding) mechanism (dynamic static). Comparisons simulated experimental data must take into account possible combinations association(s) mechanism(s). The presented applicable synthetic natural membranes provide basis comparing fluorescent molecules biological differing composition.
