A statement major components followed by review studies involving intergroup conflict in organizational, community international settings. number theoretical issues are identified. Although wide variety practical applications promising, underlying theory assessed to be rudimentary, supporting research lacks rigor sophistication. Recommendations future coupled with caution against prematurely assuming that efficacy has been adequately demonstrated.
