摘要: Abstract We report that ultra-thin tellurium (Te) nanoflakes were successfully grown on a sample of gold-coated textile, which then was used as an active piezoelectric material. An output voltage 4 V and current 300 nA obtained from the bending test under driving frequency 10 Hz. To practical applications, Te nanoflake nanogenerator (TFNG) device attached to subject’s arm, mechanical energy converted electrical by means periodic arm-bending motions. The optimized open-circuit short-circuit density approximately 125 V 17 μA/cm 2 , respectively, observed when TFNG underwent compression with compressive force 8 N This high-power generation enabled instantaneous powering 10 green light-emitting diodes shone without any assistance external power source.
