摘要: This study is set on the background of a randomized control trial (RCT) in which intervention was carried to observe effects yoga/light exercise improvement health and well-being among elderly population. A longitudinal qualitative conducted as part RCT interventions explore experience practicing relation sedentary behavior Ujjain district Madhya Pradesh, India. Participants were selected for this study. Eighteen focus group discussions conducted—six during each phase (before, during, after).
