摘要: The anaerobic systems start-up for solid waste treatment is a fundamental step, especially those with two phases. It necessary to know both the characteristics and inoculum conditions. objective of this work was study inoculum-substrate ratio (ISR) influence as previous step an system digestion. During research spent grain chosen residue, working at three different concentrations (7; 13 20% w/v), studying ISR effect in terms degradability (AD) specific methane productivity (SMP). initial acetoclastic activities (A) were calculated based on equation which describes accumulation during each test. model constants also adjusted experimental data. results showed that general variation has less impact AD than SMP. While maximum reached tests high ISR, greatest values SMP lowest ratio. A low caused slow hydrolysis, although production fast. So, two-phase elevated would not be order reach good intermediate products production, because hydrolysis VFA must optimised first phase these systems. conventional systems, where phases are together, it much better optimise production. indicated percentage interesting whole system: or compounds (VFA) All information important reactors operation show ISRs avoid inhibition.
