摘要: We propose a graph-based method to elicit considerable requirements from customer survey results. Requirements usually have relationships with each other, and understanding such gives us deeper insight. One useful approach investigate the is making co-occurrence graph of words where links are connected if co-occur in specific requirement. If we find uncommon word graph, they help requirements. In our method, make addition graph. This indicates some by reflecting centrality analysis applied result using questionnaire containing open-ended answer question. Links made results include information customers. shown can contexts, customers who bridge majorities minorities.
