摘要: Salt stress is one of the major abiotic stresses in agriculture worldwide. Analysis natural genetic variation Arabidopsis an effective approach to characterize candidate salt responsive genes. Differences tolerance three ecotypes were compared this study based on their responses treatments at two developmental stages: seed germination and later growth. The Sha ecotype had higher rates, longer roots less accumulation superoxide radical hydrogen peroxide than Ler Col after short term treatment. With long treatment, exhibited survival rates lower electrolyte leakage. Transcriptome analysis revealed that many genes involved cell wall, photosynthesis, redox mainly down-regulated by salinity effects, while transposable element genes, microRNA biotic related significantly changed comparisons vs. Col. Several pathways tricarboxylic acid cycle, hormone metabolism development, Gene Ontology terms response defense enriched between other ecotypes. Collectively, these results suggest preconditioned withstand stress. Further studies about detailed gene function are needed. These comparative transcriptomic analytical also provide insight into complexity mechanisms.
