摘要: Salmonella enterica is a versatile live carrier for the presentation of recombinant vaccine antigens. Fusion proteins type III secretion system effector and heterologous antigens can be translocated by attenuated strains mediate protective immunity against infections. Here we investigated use expression cassettes fusion protein consisting SseF Listeria monocytogenes after stable integration into chromosome. The efficacy chromosomal was compared to plasmid-based cassettes. Our data indicate that vaccines with proteins, although only present in single copy, efficiently stimulate immune responses.
