摘要: Ovarian cancer is a leading cause of cancer-related women mortality in China. In recent years, the molecular mechanisms involved ovarian carcinoma development and/or progression have been intensely studied, and several genes identified. Deleted Colorectal Carcinoma (DCC), an important tumor suppressor gene, which inactivated many kinds tumors, its function(s) not clarified.
