摘要: One embodiment of the present invention provides a system for managing surplus memory in multitasking system. The operates by reserving guaranteed amount from heap task. Heap not reserved task is memory. When receives request to allocate new object, determines if available within If so, allocates object Otherwise, available, reserves an additional heap. then Allocating delays garbage collection Surplus can be transparently reclaimed.
