摘要: This invention relates to a process for the enzymatic production of α-ketobutyrate and its derivatives, in particular isoleucine. In described is obtained from activated homoserine by Ϝ-elimination. Homoserine either acylhomoserine or phosphohomoserine using homoserinetransacylase kinase, respectively. Subsequently and/or is/are transformed into phosphate or/and acylate, ammonia through Ϝ-eliminase activity cystathionine- Ϝ-synthase sulfliydrylase sulfhydrylase. reaction favored (i) reducing intracellular concentrations H2S cysteine, (ii) access these two sulfur containing substrates enzyme cystathionine-Ϝ- synthase sulfhydrylase (iii) cystathionine-Ϝ-synthase with high Ϝ-elimination low activity. At least one measures applied microorganisms, coryneform bacteria enterobacteria, which as consequence derivatives can be produced quantities.
