摘要: The electrochemical behaviour of coated Cr3C2–NiCr steel in aerated 0.5 M H2SO4 solution was studied by means a.c. and d.c. measurements. A complete structural characterization the before after tests also carried out to access corrosion mechanism steel, electrolyte penetration through coating, confirm results obtained using techniques. Two types coatings produced a high velocity oxy-fuel spraying system (HVOF) were studied. Differences between steels are related parameters reflecting their against phenomena. strongly influenced porosity presence microcracks coating. Once reaches substrate, it corrodes galvanic manner resulting coating detachment from steel.
