摘要: Though the atmospheric environment accident occurred frequently in recent years, there has been still no effective method for risk sources identification now. Based on simulating whole process of accident, namely sources, development and influences atmosphere environmental a model database was constructed. Additionally, an Atmospheric Risk Sources (ARS) with good adaptability dynamic simulation developed. A chemical industrial zone taken to illustrate method. The results showed that were six ARS, including two Grade-I one Grade-II Grade-III this zone. major came from leakage ethylene oxide induced by fire/explosion raw material tank WE or NT factories. If would occur, people ranges 141000 m2 be hurt, 326000 should temporarily evacuated. propylene fire/explosion, which stored product JPH factory.
