摘要: Preliminary literature reports suggest the possibility that, in an allergic patient, a previously positive allergological test may turn negative after long period of time with no further exposure to specific allergen. The aim this study was evaluate rate by which skin or RAST group patients penicillin if allergen occurs. Sixty-three (48 type I allergy and 15 IV allergy) were enrolled long-term, prospective, follow-up study, undergoing successive complete testing within 6 years first examination. During period, tests progressively became 28 (58.3%) only one (6.7%) subject allergy. Similarly, turned as many 13 subjects (43.3% cases). cumulative positivity (type significantly lower than that patch (chi 2 = 10.4; d.f. 1; p < 0.005, Logrank test). No significant difference progressive decrease observed 30 showing both on entering study. Our results provide strong evidence performed drug-allergic patient become time, absence antigen. A cannot, therefore, rule out immunological basis drug sensitivity. This is why we always advising personal history hypersensitivity against any administration responsible drug, even presence completely
