The influence of cutting edge deformations on magnetic performance degradation of electrical steel

摘要: Even though it has been widely known the cutting process of electrical steel brings deterioration effects on magnetic properties, is still unclear how to evaluate quality effectively. This research investigates performance degradation punching based a newly developed instrument. Three needle probes are arranged in special way pick up flux around area edge and unaffected center area, respectively. The amount can be evaluated by comparing values. 50CS1300 samples with different clearances were produces measurement results obtained. power conversion loss imposed terms several measured parameters, including density, iron loss, copper loss.
