Effects of sintering conditions on microstructures and microwave dielectric properties of Ba6−3x(Sm1−yNdy)8+2xTi18O54 ceramics (x=2/3)

摘要: Abstract Effects of composition and sintering conditions upon the microstructures microwave dielectric characteristics Ba 6−3 x (Sm 1−btl y Nd ) 8+2 Ti 18 O 54 solid solution ( =2/3) were investigated. The constant increased temperature coefficient resonant frequency τ f could be adjusted from negative to positive with increasing content in solution, while high Qf factor (>9000 GHz) was obtained. It should emphasized that significantly affected by time zero-temperature shifted Nd-rich side time. excellent properties achieved ceramics =0.8 sintered at 1340 °C for 12 h: e =85, =9,460 GHz, calculated =+0.8 ppm/°C.
