摘要: Several previous reports have described multiple cancers with regard to epithelial tumors, but few focused on primary malignancies including soft tissue sarcomas (STS). The purpose of this study was analyze the clinical features patients high-grade STS and possible problems, compared those as a single malignancy, focusing elderly patients. This enrolled 107 aged 65 years or over STS. Eighty-four (79 %) had only (S group), 23 (21 %) (M group). preceded carcinoma in 10 patients, 13. In 7 (30 %), interval between first second malignancy less than year. Of who received treatment for sarcoma at same time, presence other an impact determination modality 5 overall survival rate 5 years higher M group S (69 %), although difference not significant (P = 0.095). demonstrates that correlated poor prognosis, actually associated better prognosis Physicians should be aware occurrence occasion modalities their logistical aspects need well organized carefully selected ongoing malignancies.
