摘要: We constructed restriction-site and gene maps for mitochondrial DNAs from seven isolates of five species Suillus (Boletaceae, Basidiomycotina). Each genome exists as a single circular chromosome, ranging in size 36 to 121 kb. Comparisons within between two closely related revealed that insertions deletions are the major form change, whereas most restriction sites conserved. Among more distantly species, differences were too great allow precise alignments maps, but small clusters putatively homologous found. Two orders exist species. These differ only by relative positions genes ATPase subunit 9 ribosomal RNA interconvertible transposition. One arrangements is shared four whose span entire range The conservation order molecules vary over three-fold share few demonstrates low frequency rearrangements insertions, deletions, base substitutions.
