摘要: Abstract A new semiempirical conformational analysis procedure has been developed to give a molecular description of the mode organization amphiphilic molecules. The feasibility this approach for phospholipids, major components biological membranes is illustrated. method can be extended any molecule its insertion into lipid matrix. implementation using CDC Cyber 170 coupled with an Olivetti M40 are outlined.
