摘要: Lung transplantation provides the prospect of improved survival and quality life for patients with end stage lung pulmonary vascular diseases. Given severity illness such at time surgery, transplant recipients require particular attention in immediate post-operative period to ensure optimal short-term long-term outcomes. The management involves active involvement a multidisciplinary team versed common complications. This review an overview complications as they pertain practitioners caring recipients. Causes treatment conditions affecting early morbidity mortality will be detailed, including primary graft dysfunction, cardiovascular surgical complications, immunologic infectious issues. Additionally, donor issues bridging critically ill potential recipient discussed.
