摘要: Hereditary neurodegenerative diseases are connected with the expansion of trinucleotide repetitive sequences in genomic DNA. Molecular diagnosis these is based on determination triplet repeat length. Currently used methods involve PCR amplification followed by electrophoretic amplicon size.
