摘要: Absolute asymmetric synthesis, defined as a chemical process which forms significant enantiomeric excess of chiral products from non-chiral reactants in the absence any external influence, most probably played an important role emergence biological chirality. A summary recent related experimental and theoretical advances this field is given review with some emphasis on practical possibilities to test hypotheses. It demonstrated that statistic description racemization reactions plays very interpreting absolute phenomena. Significant excesses can be formed through amplification processes, should modeled by stochastic lines thoughts.
