摘要: The author investigated the presence of various carotenoids in eggs Oncorhynchus keta by means columnar and thin-layer chromatography. investigations revealed following carotenoids: canthaxanthin, lutein-epoxide, 4-hydroxy-4-keto-s-carotene, tunaxanthin, astaxanthin ester asterin acid. Astaxanthin comprised greatest part, 67.8% of, all carotenoids.
