摘要: Proteins having an aromatic-acyltransferase activity; a gene system coding for the same; process producing proteins using system; and uses of genes proteins. The acylate plant pigments such as anthocyanin to thereby cause color tone changes, thus providing plants, particularly flowers, colors that have not been inherent therein.
