摘要: Provided are an eccentric electrode for electric discharge machining apparatus, a method of manufacturing the same, and micro apparatus including same that capable generating cylindrical shape on workpiece with simple operations. The having head is provided. includes first member rotatably attached to rotation axis, second mounted member, eccentrically disposed respect axis inverse tapered facing away from head. Accordingly, conveyance path object being processed can be simplified increase its efficiency.
