摘要: This paper provides leadership educators with a resource for teaching followership. It presents lesson students about followership in contemporary society by including key concepts and follower characteristics followed class activities assignments designed to engage active learning self-reflective processes. A dose of whimsy enhances this the use YouTube video that eloquently humorously illustrates crucial role followers play organizational life.
