摘要: Research Question/Issue Do CEO outside board directorships improve or reduce managerial efficiency? What is the role of host capital in this relationship? Findings/Insights We explore value on efficiency by identifying a unique empirical setting where CEO's number seats exogenously decreased merger that eliminates firm serving on.
