摘要: Normal reference values for flow cytometric immunophenotypic lymphocyte markers cord blood (CB) were determined using sufficient numbers of subjects clinical laboratory use. Samples from 202 normal gestations processed by whole lysis and analyzed in the following combinations: CD14/45, CD4/3, CD8/3, CD45RA/4, CD29/4, CD56/3, Cd19/3, CD19/10. Thirty-five adult volunteers as controls. When compared to adults, CB showed increased relative percentages naive T-helper cells, B immature CD8+3-cells decreased T cytotoxic activated large granular lymphocytes (CD56+3+). Significant differences also found when samples stratified sex race. These results provide CB, demonstrate need determining separate standard significantly different patient populations, basis future investigation pathologic applications, insight into early immunologic development.
