摘要: This study estimates the cost effectiveness of alternative environmental policies for controlling nitrate contamination groundwater in Seymour aquifer region Texas. Results from a biophysical simulation model are integrated with farm-level optimization model. The also compares bottled water, used as lower-bound estimate benefits protection, least costly policy. indicate that least-cost policy is about $1 million either to farmers or local government and it approximately three times water.
