摘要: Computer controlled apparatus and method for enhancing myocardial revascularization using direct vessel implants includes a probe insertion into proposed graft site to determine the condition of criteria such as oxygen levels, contractility pressure/flow rate differentials in conjunction with parameters selected graft. Transmyocardial procedures are performed increase flow rates when needed supplement treatment where desired. A coring device creates opening correlates size conditions conditions. Reinforcement sleeves may be placed around grafts, particularly vein avoid excess compression Graft preparation TMR enhance angiogenesis collateralization implant, angiogenic drugs used effects.
