摘要: In situ observations of the amalgamation Ag3Sn are presented. It is shown that product γ1(Ag2Hg3) and γ2(Sn7−8Hg) phases nucleate homogeneously heterogeneously, respectively, from a liquid Ag−Sn−Hg solution. The growth γ1 phase to be proportional t1/3 while for γ2 t1/2.
